This Shabbos menu is dedicated to all of you hard working ladies who work out of the home 5 days a week.
Coming home an hour before Shabbos is so hard and takes a ton of planning. I made this menu on Wednesday, shopped Wednesday night, prepared everything Thursday night, so all I have to do when I walk in the door is heat up the food. Even that gets me worried.
So, here it is. As simple as simple gets, but it’s all homemade!
Friday night:
- Vegetable soup (freezer)
- Spiced Braised Beef With Sweet Potatoes
- 5-minute whole wheat couscous
Shabbos lunch:
- Chicken and rice
- Zucchini kugel (freezer)
