This is my never-fail meatball recipe. I’ve tried it with ground beef, turkey and chicken and all tasted really good!
Easy Lazy Meatballs

Materials
- 2 pounds of lean ground beef turkey or chicken
- ½ cup of breadcrumbs or matzo meal
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 can of cranberry sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, breadcrumbs and onion powder.
- In a large pot, combine sauce and place over a medium hear.
- Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Form the meat mixture into balls the size of walnuts.
- Carefully place them in the sauce.
- Cover the pot and cook on low for 40-45 minutes.
