Ingredients:
Chicken
Italian Dressing of your choice
Cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in half
Yellow squash, cubed or sliced
Green squash, cubed or sliced
Directions:
- Clean chicken – I remove the skin
- Place chicken in pan
- Place vegetables on top and around chicken
- Pour dressing on top
- Cook uncovered in oven on 350° for 2 hours
Tips: Light or fat free Italian dressing comes out just as good as the full fat dressing
