This dish makes the perfect appetizer or dessert! It’s easy to make and quick too! Perfect for the warmer weather and it freezes really well too.
Strawberry Rhubarb Soup
Materials
- 1 lb frozen strawberries
- 1 lb frozen rhubarb
- 1 ¼ cup orange juice
- 1/3 - ½ cup sugar
Instructions
- Place strawberries, rhubarb and orange juice in pot
- Cover and cook on low for about 10 minutes
- Add about 1/3 – ½ cup sugar and mash it all up with a fork
- Wait until soup cools and refrigerate/freeze
