It’s another “lazy” week in our house. Simple is the theme and I’m still trying to figure out what side dishes to fill in. Maybe some steamed frozen veggies? Here’s what I have so far:
Friday Night:
- Turkey drumsticks with potatoes and sweet potatoes
- Broccoli kuge
Shabbos Lunch:
- Meatloaf
- Potato kugel
Next week we are schedules to have some company, which doesn’t happen often, so I’m totally ok with having a simple menu this week. Plus, with challah, salad, fruit, snacks, etc… I don’t think anyone’s going hungry!
