This week I was able to do a bit of freezer cooking and made 3 potato knish kugels and 2 butternut squash kugels. It’s not really enough to tide us over for when I go back to working in the office, but I feel like at least we have something to fall back on.
Here’s what we’re having this week:
Friday night:
- Chicken soup with matza balls
- Stuffed cabbage (store-bought)
- Rice
- Broccoli kugel
Shabbos lunch:
- Schnitzel
- Potato knish kugel
- Acorn squash
- leftover broccoli kugel- if there is any 😉
