It’s been a while since I last posted my Shabbos menu. This week we’re keeping with our usual theme of super simple/ whatever’s in the freezer. I think with all the excitement and eating we did on Chanuka I desperately need a low-key Shabbos.
Friday Night:
- Vegetable Soup (freezer)
- Minute Steak Roast (leftover pieces from freezer)
- Chicken thighs for the kids- just baked in the oven with BBQ sauce
- Roasted Butternut Squash
- Potato Knish Kugel (freezer)
Shabbos Lunch:
- Schnitzel
- Butternut squash kugel (freezer)
- Broccoli Kugel
I know it seems like a lot of kugels, but that’s what my kids eat, so I’m sticking to it!
