Yay! I survived my second week back at work! Eventually I’ll stop counting, but for now, I’m still amazed that I got through it. It’s been tiring as always and boy am I glad to have food in the freezer for this Shabbos! Here’s what we’re having:
Friday Night:
- Gefilte Fish & Salad
- Stuffed cabbage (store-bought, freezer)
- Rice (freezer)
- Carrot kugel (freezer)
Shabbos Lunch:
- Gefilte Fish & Salad
- BBQ chicken
- Butternut squash kugel (freezer)
- Honey lentils
