Well, I already told you about how this week completely flew by. Aside from arranging childcare for DS1 I had a crazy week at work. It was good but busy so I’m glad it’s almost over. I’m definitely looking forward to a restful weekend and hope we can spend a lot of time outdoors.
Since it was such a busy week, I didn’t plan a Shabbos menu until this morning. I knew we were going to have chicken, so I defrosted that on Wednesday night, but the rest of the menu was left until this morning and based on what we already had in the house.
Friday Night:
- Gefilte fish
- Chicken stir fry
- Potato kugel (freezer)
Shabbos Lunch:
- BBQ Chicken
- Roasted zucchini
- Rice and beans
