Can you believe Rosh Hashana is tomorrow night?? I can’t! At this point, I’m not even sure how I’m going to be ready in time. I know tomorrow will be a mad rush- I’m working regular hours, trying to desperately save my vacation time. I spent most of the long weekend doing laundry, so now I have 4 (unfolded) laundry baskets filled to the brim to sort through before the holiday. That is my plan for tonight. Everyone needs 3 Yom Tov outfits and three pairs of pajamas. I think I know where everything else is and I made sure to stock up on essentials (ie: diapers) weeks ago.
Aside from helping with all the laundry, DH made food for the simanim. His goodies include beet chips with black
eyed pea chummus, beef cheek meat, bourbon carrots and mini pumpkin
pies. Yummm!
In the meantime, here are some resources to make your Yom Tov prep a cinch!

I know I took a bit of time off of blogging and hope to change that soon (read: after chagim). I just about have everything set up for my move to WordPress, but just haven’t had the time to actually re-direct this site.
Wishing all of you a shana tova- a happy and healthy new year!
Until next time,
Shaindy
