What a week. As you know, I’ve been running on empty. In order to get more sleep I’ve implemented a new bedtime routine for myself. I read a book on my phone in the dark. It tires me out and I can fall asleep at a normal hour. I’m still working on getting DS3 to sleep for longer periods throughout the night. Baby steps…

Shabbos lunch:
- Baked gefilte fish
- Salad
- Cholent with kishka
- Onion kugel (freezer)
- Broccoli kugel (freezer)
- Deli roll
- Pumpkin cake
