This is our first Shabbos home in a month! I cannot believe it’s been so long since we’ve been here and I can’t even tell you how excited I am to be in my own home.
Menu for this Shabbos is super easy, since most of it’s coming from the freezer. Even though it is Parshas Noach, I am NOT making one of these rainbow cakes… I mean, really? Who has time for that?
Here’s what we’re having:
Friday night:
- Pumpkin soup
- Tomato basil chicken (freezer)
- Rice and beans
Shabbos lunch:
- Salmon (leftover from Thursday night dinner)
- Meatloaf (freezer)
- Sweet potatoes
- Broccoli corn kugel (freezer)
