As I’m typing this I don’t know what my menu will be. I’m hoping that by the time I get a few lines down it will all come together.
So, here goes:
Friday night:
- Stuffed cabbage (freezer)
- Rice
- Roasted zucchini
- Potato kugel (store-bought)
Shabbos lunch:
- Gefilte fish
- Chicken
- Sweet potatoes
- Broccoli kugel (freezer)
This week feels like it’s been busier than usual and I’m not sure why. For some reason I haven’t been able to get my act together. I found myself going to the supermarket around 3x a week… and we still don’t have enough yogurt in the fridge.
Next week’s goal:
Get it together!! No excuses! Go grocery shopping in the beginning of the week. Use the weekly shopping list I already made. Stick to the weekly dinner menu. Just do it!
