I can’t believe I haven’t shared these items with you yet! These are some of my favorite things when it comes to hair and makeup.

The first item is a set of reusable makeup remover pads. I felt like I was always buying the disposable ones, so I decided to invest in these. They are so soft! I put them in the laundry with our masks and they come out so clean. I use them to take off eye makeup and apply toner.

Next up is my top knot hair scrunchie. Although this one is not real hair, it’s less than $9, so at that price I bought 2. The color I chose matches really well. After a while it does get knotty, but for me that doesn’t matter. I think it makes it look even more natural since it loses it’s fake shine.

Third is my hair towel turban- where have you been my whole life? I usually shower at night and go to sleep with wet hair which means I also wake up with wet hair. I was getting to the point where I just didn’t like that wet cold feeling anymore but didn’t know what to do about it. I then saw a giveaway for the Aquis towels on Instagram and was so excited to win. But of course I didn’t win and the towel was a bit pricey. Luckily when I complained to my sister about it she told me she’s been using a hair towel for years and sent me the link to what she bought. It was less than half the price for two. I don’t know if the more expensive version is better but I’m super happy with my cheaper version. The towel doesn’t dry my hair completely but definitely speeds up the process.

Fourth is the new It Cosmetics CC cream I’m trying out. I’ve posted about this item before– I love it! I realized that the color I had was a bit too light for my skin, so I tried a darker color in their matte formula and I’m loving it. They have a small trial version, so that’s the one I got to make sure it was the right color for me. I also bought the powder version. Both were bought online when they had a 30% off sale. Always shop the sales!

Last on the list for today my new favorite MAC lipstick in Mocha. I feel like it’s just the right color for me and have been loving it. The description says it’s a peachy yellow-brown.
