Broccoli Kugel

This recipe is my “go to” when I don’t have much time to prepare for Shabbos. It’s simple, quick and tastes great.  I usually double it and stick one in the freezer.

Broccoli Kugel

Materials

  • 20 oz . frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon onion soup mix

Instructions

  • mix all ingredients
  • cook for 1 hour at 350
