This recipe is my “go to” when I don’t have much time to prepare for Shabbos. It’s simple, quick and tastes great. I usually double it and stick one in the freezer.
Broccoli Kugel
Materials
- 20 oz . frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
Instructions
- mix all ingredients
- cook for 1 hour at 350
