I am one of those people that buy pancake mix. I don’t even buy the “good” kind. I didn’t think I’d be able to handle any more than “just add water” until I came across this super recipe for make-ahead pancake mix. You prepare the mix one time for future use, just add a few ingredients and viola! Awesome pancakes. I really never thought it would be that easy.
