Chicken Fajitas
Materials

. chicken cutlets

green pepper
sliced

small onion
sliced

. oil

. fajita seasoning mix
Wraps
Instructions
Cut chicken into small nugget size pieces
Heat oil in pan
Cook chicken in pan until it's mostly white (stir frequently)
Add pepper and onion
Cook until ready
Add ~3 tbs. of
fajita seasoning mix
Add some water if needed
Serve on wraps
Notes
Make
fajita seasoning mix
and store in dry place. Cut onion and pepper and place in freezer storage bag. Cut chicken in small pieces and place in freezer storage bag. Put both bags in freezer together. When ready to eat, defrost in fridge overnight.
