Onion Kugel

Materials

large sweet Vidalia onions
very thinly sliced (I used my food processor)

cup
oil
½
cup
water
1-¼
cup
flour

eggs

tsp
baking powder

salt

tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all the ingredients together very well. Pour into a parchment paper lined 7x11 deep baking pan.
Bake uncovered for 1.5 hours, until brown.
Notes
When kugels cool to room temperature, cover with tin foil, label, and put into freezer storage bag. When ready to eat, defrost and heat uncovered.
