Real Corn Cornbread
Materials

can corn (or 2 cups frozen corn
thawed)

cups
flour
1/2
cup
sugar

tablespoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
salt
1/2
cup
milk
2
eggs
1/4
cup
homemade pear sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F
In small bowl, mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt)
In large bowl, mix all wet ingredients (corn, milk, eggs, homemade pear sauce)
Mix the two bowls together
Pour into 8x8 greased pan
Bake for 25 minutes, until top is golden brown
